NetBackup Licence Audit Only - 1 Day Onsite
This audit will analyse your current backup capacity and features and highlight licensing shortfalls if they exist. An Email Summary of License Audit will be provided.
NetBackup Health Check Find and Fix - 1-2 Days Onsite
This audit will analyse your existing NetBackup Configuration and we will fix, where possible, any operational issues identified whilst our engineer is onsite. Email Summary of fixes plus outstanding issues and recommendations will be provided.
This audit will analyse your existing NetBackup Configuration with a full in-depth analysis of all aspects of the configuration to include:
- Overview of the existing configuration
- Identify whether best practices are being adopted
- Identify where improvements can be made
- Analyse Backup and restore success rates and reasons for failure (urgent issues may be fixed whilst onsite)
- Analyse throughput rates
- Analyse NetBackup Policy, Storage Unit, SLP's, Device and Media configuration
- Determine what SLA's are in place and if they are being met
- NetBackup Licence Audit for compliance
- Make recommendations for future enhancements and improvements
